Pankaj
Saharia of Shrewsbury is a member of the American Society of Civil
Engineers (ASCE). After moving to the United States (US) in the early
1990’s, he continued his educational success earning his Master of
Science degree in Structural Engineering. Since obtaining his master’s,
he has received many accolades in the engineering industry. His
contribution to a myriad of projects all around the world have
culminated in experience and expertise in the field that is a valuable
asset.
He
holds LEED AP credentials and is a 10-year long member of the US Green
Building Counsel (USGBC). Founded in 1993, the USGBC provides
third-party verification for green buildings, promotes sustainability in
building design, and is best known for its rating systems that are used
worldwide for green homes, buildings, and neighborhoods.
He
possesses deep knowledge of his field, which is one of several
specialties within the discipline of civil engineering. As a Structural
Engineer, he develops designs, which he may also integrate with the
designs of other designers. Experienced Structural Engineers, as is he,
may be responsible for the design and integrity of entire systems.
The
ASCE, founded in 1852, is the first national engineering society
created in the United States. It is beloved by members for its
comprehensive menu including industry resources, publications, and
professional network. In the 25 years that Pankaj Saharia Shrewsbury
has been a member of the ASCE, he has become one of the most
knowledgeable structural engineers in the field. His current position is
Project Manager.
